Dear customer
The product you’re holing was developed by professional staff of the company, using the most recent knowledge and technology. Decoran Company has defined some guaranty terms and conditions in order to make costmers satisfied, even though the products of the company does not need guaranty.
We thank you for choosing Decoran products and strongly recommend that you to read guaranty terms and conditions.
1) All guaranty cards must be signed and stamped by the company.
2) Customers must register their guaranty card in the website www.DECORAN.ir within 10 days from the invoice date.
3) A guaranteed product has a guarantee card and a serical number.
4) Guaranty service only includes payments for fixing the products. Transporting costs will be up to the customers.
5) Damages caused by impacts, fallings, transporting products without considering correct ways of transportation, water influence, trace of chemicals, burning trace, Moisture, sun light, and everything that changes the shape or the looks of the product will not be guaranteed.
6) Removing Decoran logo on your product, or making the serial number or the guarantee card unreadable will cancel your guaranty.
7) Products will be delivered in the best conditions as possible. The impacts during transporting the products by people who are not the company’s personnel will cancel your guaranty card.
8) You need the guarantee card and the serial number of your product for ysing the guaranty. After submitting your request, our experts will call you back ASAP.
9) Customers can visit Decoran’s website and submit a form to get a tracking code and get benefits of guaranty services.
Guarantee cases:
Any parts, including locks, sliders, wheels and legs of all products will be guaranteed for twenty four months, if the problem is not mentioned in the fifth rule of guaranty terms and conditions, mentioned above.
Decoran experts will let you know if the problem with the product you’re using is included in guarantee services, only if it was not mentioned as non-guaranteed in the terms and conditions.
As long as your guaranty card is not expired, all payments for replacements and fixing your product will be up to Decoran Company, but fixing the parts which was not mentioned in the terms will not be granted and they’re up to the customers.
